We booked with Mr. Solinski in June for August, and the handover of the apartment went perfectly. Mr. Solinski is a super friendly man, just like his wife, who is also very friendly. They explained everything to us. The apartment was top clean and well furnished with everything you need. We felt very comfortable; everything was within walking distance: shops, bus, train, and local restaurants, as the apartment is located in the middle of Swinoujscie. Very nice holiday apartment with everything you need, kitchen fully equipped, satellite TV in German, Wi-Fi, washing machine, free parking space in the underground garage, bicycles available for free, elevator, short distances to the beach and promenade.
Small downside - showering in the bathtub.
Super nice landlords.

Very nice apartment in a perfect location.

Modern, well-maintained apartment within a short walking distance to the beach and promenade. Very nice online contact with the landlord. Two comfortable sofa beds (one double bed, one wide single bed), very well-equipped kitchenette, plenty of storage space in built-in closets, separate bathroom with washing machine. Nice balcony in the evening. Parking in the underground garage can be booked separately. Everything worked wonderfully. Thank you.
